No two massages are exactly alike. I tune in to your physical and energetic bodies and respond with a wide variety of techniques. The main work I do is based on Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy. Involving the entire system, this work gets deep into the cause of the particular dysfunction, and accesses deep layers. From trigger point work, to deep tissue, Swedish to stretching, incorporating Thai and hot stone work, my goal is that your massage be an experience. I offer focused, compassionate work with a desire to bring you back to your sense of peace. I work on a 33" x 62" Oakworks table. Clients have commented on how large and comfortable it is. Using Japanese screens, the space is safe, private, and contained. Candles and soothing music are used (unless you prefer quiet, its your call). Your "job" is just to breathe, let go, and I will do the rest.
