We all have busy lives, and taking car of ourselves sometimes receives the lowest priority. We all know that we should be exercising and eating well, but what about taking time for massage therapy? If you are stressed out, have low back pain, a stiff neck, tight shoulders or sore muscles from athletic competition, massage therapy can benefit you. The physiological benefits are endless, but everyone also needs balance and relation to get in touch with their inner selves and experience a sense of well-being. My goal at Solful Touch Massage Therapy is to address the whole person. Pain relief, relaxation, and recovery from a sporting event may be your primary purpose for receiving a massage, but you may also experience many other benefits from the power of touch. Becoming more self-aware, being more mentally alert and having a deep feeling of peace are some of the additional benefits you may experience. I often tell people, if everyone would get a massage minimum of once a month, the world would be a better place. Massage Therapy, a necessity, not a luxury!
